As the offline retail industry gradually recovers from the shadow of the pandemic, it is quietly undergoing changes.

Firstly, new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and the Internet of Things (IoT) are increasingly integrating into various sales scenarios and operational management of the retail industry, bringing innovative disruptions to the sector.

Secondly, the rise of electronic payments and consumers' preference for cashless transactions exert significant traction on the upgrading, updating, and iteration of hardware and software in the retail industry.

Thirdly, in order to maintain competitiveness and attract customers back to stores, continuous exploration and experimentation in enhancing the customer shopping experience have led to shorter timeframes from the introduction to the application of various modules of "smart retail."

The global retail industry is becoming smarter, more efficient, and more exciting.

Maken has accurately grasped the context of 'smart retail' in recent years through new product development and technological iterations. They have promoted the upgrading of offline retail stores with diverse intelligent terminal devices that support digital payment methods.

It is well known that during peak periods in the retail industry with high foot traffic, there is immense pressure on manual service. Additionally, high staff turnover not only increases training costs but also leads to unstable service levels and customer loss. The use of intelligent terminal devices can effectively alleviate this problem.

Customers can freely touch the colorful electronic screens to find their preferred products and information. After making a selection, they can choose from various payment methods such as debit cards, credit cards, prepaid cards, e-wallets, other digital platforms, or even facial recognition payments. The entire purchasing process takes only a few seconds to a few minutes. It is contactless, simple to operate, and provides a comfortable experience!"
